Very legit and great with communication. I have now purchased two Hilton Grand Vacations timeshares through this company. We negotiated a fair price, I paid a small deposit, and once everything went through to closing I paid the remainder. They updated me at each stage and took about 1.5 months from start to finish. Timeshares get a bad rap and rightfully so, Hilton sells these things for thousands and upon thousands of dollars and then you pay annual costs. That is why you should ALWAYS pay from a reseller like Resorts Closing Inc instead of the developers. I paid pennies on the dollar. I know I know, I sound like an advertisement, but I went to timeshare sales presentation in Hawaii a few years ago. I was wooed and signed on the dotted line. I then started researching and found Resorts Closing with a listing on eBay. I reached out to them and got the ball rolling and immediately exercised my right to cancel on the timeshare purchase from Hilton. I got a timeshare out of Vegas because taxes are lower, but I can stay anywhere. In the end, not only did I pay 80% less than what I had been sold by Hilton, but I get more points, more often, and I pay much lower annual fees. No brainer. Ok, off my soap box...if you are hesitant, don't be.

One of the best days of the year when I found Timeshare Specialists (TS) and their sister escrow and closing company, Resort Closings (RC). I found Andrew at TS via an ebay search where I noticed a continuous stream of timeshare sales occurring within a week and a 100% rating @ ebay. I built up the nerve to contact them after Hilton told me they would take 18 months to sell while issuing nonstop warnings about scams. Best decision I ever made. 100% truth and honesty at every turn including incredible clarity on all fees (and who was responsible to pay them) which were identical to what Hilton told me they would be if sold through Hilton. Additionally, they were much faster than they indicated and provided almost immediate responses to my questions along with regular updates. In contrast, Hilton answered questions every 7 days. Took 6 weeks from signing with TS to finished transfer via Resort Closings. Danni at RC was the best ever. So efficient, quick, and CLEARLY knew exactly how the Hilton transfer process worked which allowed her to answer every question with confidence and accuracy. Knowing that my funds and title transfer would be handled through a certified escrow company made the process all that much better. Thank you to the whole team for being so wonderful.

I do not typically do reviews however, resort closing was honestly so helpful with my timeshare closing. Even though, it took a while to get things figured out that were not their fault, the company was willing to support me throughout the process and eventually helped me get everything I needed.

Closed recently on a timeshare transaction that was handled by Jinger and the entire process was super smooth. Kudos to Jinger for the outstanding, professional service she provided.

This was a professional and fast transaction. Communication was superb. Jinger Jewell over delivered, she promised to finalize in 8 weeks but did it in 3 weeks time. Every call or email was promptly answered. I would use them again and I highly recommend using their services.

Want to thank Kelly, John, and the rest of the staff for really helping close our For Sale By Owner purchase. They offered great direction. Always returned calls and emails. We had considered a couple of other timeshare closing companies who would only work with you if you paid an upfront retainer fee.
